Meet Roo! This hunky boy has all the love you could ever need, and is looking for someone to share it with! His favorite activities include snuggling on the couch, getting zoomies, enjoying (dog safe) CBD, and staring lovingly at his people. Roo has been in an Underdog foster home for over a year, so we know him very well! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out, we could talk about him all day!
