Meet Roscoe: From Street Life to Sweet Life

​

Roscoe’s story started out a little rough — found as a stray and brought to a local shelter, this 5-year-old gentleman had clearly been through some things. He arrived a bit scruffy and shy, and in the hustle and bustle of the shelter, it was easy to miss the incredible cat hiding beneath the surface. Underdog was asked to take him in to give him a new environment where his sweet personality could really shine and boy has he blossomed!

Roscoe is a total sweetheart who lives for attention. He’s the kind of cat who leans into your hand when you pet him, purring loudly and even drooling a little in pure bliss (he swears it’s charming — and honestly, it kind of is).

Roscoe is social with his humans and loves to be where the action is. He’s met other cats and does okay with them, but we think he’d be happiest as your one and only — the king of the castle, soaking up all the love you have to give.

If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to be near you (and maybe nap in a sunbeam or two), Roscoe is your guy. He’s been through the hard part — now he’s ready for his forever home, and a life filled with love.
