Meet Rachel! She is a 7-year-old Golden Retriever. Rachel is a loving and adorable older lady. She came from Eastern Washington where her previous owner abandon her when they moved out. Rachel has yet to meet a stranger and will happily meet anyone. She has been accompanying her foster to work and has been a polite and entertaining girl. Rachel is a social, outgoing girl who LOVES to show off her toys.

Due to Rachel's age and weight, she has some recommendations for her to live out the rest of her life as healthy as possible! She has some lady lumps and old dog elbows, but that doesn't stop her! She does need to lose weight in order to relieve some stress on her joints and bones. 

​

Underdog is happy to make sure the adopter has as successful a transition as possible! She has been working on crate training, leash training, and basic obedience. She's a quick learner, but consistency is key.

Rachel would do best with:
- Respectful Children of any age

- Being an only dog or dog intros required prior
- Possibly cats for a potential adopter who has experience with slow introductions
